With Gratitude, Matt
Gratitude—the profound sense of thankfulness—often emerges from recognizing the blessings, privileges, or serendipities life bestows. While a diagnosis like cancer is rarely seen as a cause for gratitude, Matt Moran felt otherwise. His battle with kidney cancer inspired him to launch this podcast in 2020, a platform where life lessons, faith, and resilience shine through adversity. Every episode shares stories of hope and determination, revealing how gratitude can guide us through life’s toughest challenges. Following Matt’s passing in 2023, his older brother, Bill, stepped in to continue the mission, ensuring the podcast remains a beacon of inspiration. Together, the Moran brothers’ legacy encourages us all to embrace life’s journey with faith, hope, and a grateful heart.

Balancing Wellness and Performance, with Kristi Laun
It is the setbacks that often set us forward. The evidence of this is embedded in the story of Kristi Laun. As a teenager, Kristi started as a competitive gymnast and transitioned to competitive diving where she was a member of the Junior Olympic Team and competed at the University of Pittsburgh. This all came to a halt after being diagnosed with a severe and debilitating form of Lyme disease. It is this set back that brought lessons of humility, perseverance, whole body wellness and Pilates into her life (she is a Master Pilates Trainer FYI) . After many more years of training in health and wellness, Kristi’s path led her to a business of coaching others on how to heal from setbacks and move forward with inspiration and plans. Listen in and learn more from Kristi as she shares some of her insights that have been helping others to reach their potential.
